I can not download my photos onto pc - Cameras

Trying to load pics from my camera onto computer via Coral Paint Shop Pro X.
Connection from camera leads to printer/scanner. Computer does not "see" my pics. Should I connect into port at back of computer?Or do I need software? If software is answer, can I download from Internet? Camera is ViviCam3755. Any help greatly appreciated.

I can't upload photos onto my computer all of a sudden because it doesn't give me the option, I've always been able to do this but not now for some reason, any suggestions???? Used to be able to plug the camera in and new pictures would automatically pop up. Now I plug the camera in and I am unable to get pictures. The computer seems to recognize that it is plugged in but I can't get these pictures.

suddenly I can't download the pics from the camera to the PC. It worked a few weeks ago. I plug it in, it makes a sound like it knows the camera is there. (Not exactly the right sound though) The camera seems to be frozen on the 'reading internal memory' screen. Very weird. Help! suddenly I can't download the pics from the camera to the PC. Camera occasionally downloads pics, but not ALL. I have pics in my camera that are 2 years old. Tried USB, also tried removing memory card to download at drugstore, that didn't work either. Ideas? have a kodak easyshare 7525 and having problems downloading photos to computer. on the odd occasion it works but few and far between. The lights on the dock (green bar only has first light lit.) is it a battery problem? have put new batts in camera but still the same.
