HP Memories Disc Creator stopped

HP Memories Disc Creator stopped working properly.After adding images and musi file for loading,i have to mouse move the play slide bar to preview" how it will looks"after loading.When loading ,1st step "undecodding pictures" can run for hours with the loading bar showing 2% without anything happens.Finally i have to abort creating a disc memorie dvd.
I had tried to find updates for Memorie disc Creator but can't find nothing that solves this problem.
Could you help?

I had the same problem, the memories software came with my hp printer, i completley uninstalled the program and deleted any files related to it and the reinstalled which seemed to work for me! hope this helps
