Question about Panasonic DVD-LV50 Portable DVD Player with Screen
On my DVD-LV50, I was able to re-initialize and fix a different error (error code H05). It might work for you, too.
With no disk in the player, press and hold these buttons for 4 seconds:
After that, it worked like new.
