I have a mercury 60 outboard motor 4 stroke its starts for 3 to 5 seconds an quits on me everytime i cleaned to efi out and the pump and checked for leaks all good

Is The electric Fuel Pump Running.?
Remove The Electric Fuel Pump From Its Housing And test It With a 12v battery If It Runs Check Fuel Is reaching This Fuel Pump housing .

If your old engine/control has the same 'options' as the30hp, yes everything is compatible... (Electric start or trim )
The throttle and shift cables are allways compatible...
have you checked the fuel pump diaphrams are ok and are the connections on the fuel tank and line ok ? primer bulb not sticking ? carbs clean ? fuel pump connection to crankcase ok ?
