Ok, this is an easy job, and a quick tune up. First start up your saw, rev it some so it warms up. Next, make sure your saw idles, if not just turn up the idle a bit first before this. With your saw idling on the ground, turn the L screw about 1 turn either side of where it is, and listen to obtain the fastest and smoothest idle, that takes care of the L screw. Now the H screw must be adjusted while the the saw is at full throttle, turn the H screw and listen for maximum and smoothest engine speed. I sugest this be done with the chain and bar removed from the saw. After you adjust the L and H, then adjust idle to suit.
