This implies that the inbuilt mic is faulty.you can try opening up the phone and locating the mic then clean with methylated spirit it could actually be dirt that has clogged onto it.if this doesn't work then you may have to consider changing the mic.

Cant hear caller on phone

Hi,what makes when you make call and you can't hear the caller is because the earpiece of the phone is not working, it's damaged and it needs to be replaced.

The earpiece allows you to hear a caller when he calls and it's located at the top of the phone where you put close to the hear when making calls.

When you replace the earpiece of the phone,The you will now be able to hear the caller when he calls.

Take care....

I CANT HEAR THE CLEAR VOICE OF RECEIVED CALLER

Hello there,

There are two ways on how you can hear the caller. One is through the earpiece and one is through the phone's speaker.

Are you able to hear the caller but just not clear or with static sound? If yes, then you have a problem with the earpiece of your phone. You can test this by putting it to a speaker phone. If you can hear the caller clearly then you should have your earpiece check. Usually this problem is caused when the earpiece is often moisted or get wet. Try blowing a canned air on the earpiece.

Please let me know how this goes. Thank you for using FIxYa.

I couldn't hear the voice of the caller wen sumone calls me... bu i can play music player nd use loud speaker. I use nokia 3110c.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Take care.

People cant hear me when i make calls but i can hear them

Hello,

Since your caller can hear you but you can not hear them. This indicates that your hear piece is bad and need to be fixed.

I advice you fix the earpiece problem by replacing with a new earpiece.

Meanwhile, i advice you get an answering or earpiece that will be connected to your phone, with this you can hear your caller and your caller can equally hear you.

I wish you best of luck.

I can only talk and hear on my palmpixi when i use

I had the exact same problem on 2 different phones before this one. No one at Sprint could figure it out either. It's a problem on the Pixi, and the Pre where the phone thinks it has headphones inserted into the jack, when there aren't, but it disables the earpiece. To Fix: Take a normal jack, dab alcohol onto the tip then insert it into the headphone jack and remove a few times. This cleans out the jack and should solve the problem! Worked for me first try!
