Samsung LE26R74BD plasma sreen tv sound problem

The TV seems to buzz a lot, unless its on very quietly.
We recently moved house and has only done it since the move.
Makes the noise for video , dvd and sattelite channels so i guess it must be the TV.

What would effect the picture quality the color wheel or lamp?

The color wheel is your suspect.......usually whines a bit
when bad. In a quiet room, you can hear it when the TV is powered on or off. It spins at 9,000 rpm ( wears out the bearing).
The lamp will not exhibit those symptoms....

MY TV JUST WENT OUT W/O NOTICE AND I HEAR A HUMMING SOUND

Sound's like your tv just died on you. It will probably cost more to fix it then to replace it.
Buzzing is a common defect among plasma TVs regardless of brand. The buzzing you are hearing is probably a sign of a defective board or power supply or something similar. Either way, you'll need to fix it or get a new television set.
I know plasma television's are cheaper for larger sized sets but I never recommend plasma's to any of my customer's unless they are buying it for a large sized darker room (such as an in-house theater)
If you want a good, bright, clear picture I would stick with an LCD. If you want a higher end you could go with an LED. They both offer less glare than the plasma plus they are better to use with HD devices such as blu-rays & viideo game systems.

Loud sound would be coming from defective color wheel that is mounted i light engine, next to lamp housing. Replacement of color wheel is required expertise/ experience and professional will do that for you in correct and in safe manner.
Contact local tv repair shop to get color wheel replaced in tv.
Thanks.

42" samsung plasma tv has sound but no picture, all wires cables plugged in correctly, picture just went of during viewing

This failure is on the Ysus assembly that seems to fail quite a lot on these or any other plasmas.
