Hopefully you have resolved this issue, but if you have any additional problems or questions, here is some help. Follow the directions below, and that remote will be programmed right away.

1. Hold down the Clear TV button until all lights at the top of the remote light up
2. Press the red TV POWER button
3. Press and release the up arrow on the remote about once a second until the tv turns off.
4. When it turns off, press the # (Pound) button
5. Try powering the tv on/off, and try the volume. If one or more of these functions do not work, start over at step 1 again.

This does sound like it is a new brand of TV. I was not able to find any codes, that is why I gave the instructions to the power scan. Sometimes we have no codes in the database, but the power scan is able to find the correct code. WIth newer TVs, the codes may not be possible to get until the TV becomes a little more used. It looks as though we need to wait a little bit for codes and try again. I am sorry that this is the route that we need to take, but the remote will not program to every tv, and at times, the newer ones. I will keep you updated on new codes when I get them, and you can look them up at dishnetwork dot com.

Code for jensen tv

ron90349,

I would need the remote model to get a specific working code, but some of thecodes available would be: 652, 556, 652.

You can visit the link below to enter your remote model and get additionalcodes if the three above do not work.

Link: http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/apps/remotecodes.aspx

If none of the codes work just let me know, and we can try some additionalsteps to get this resolved.

Magnavox blue ray dvd. model nbmgf c need remote code for dish network

Hi there! In order to be able to provide the definite codes that will allow you to program your remote to your Magnavox Blue Ray DVD player, I would need the type of remote that you have- this can be found on the back of your remote, it would be displayed as something along the lines of 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, etc. To obtain a few codes that will likely allow you to successfully program the remote I used 5.0 because it is a common remote that is used with quite a few of our DISH Network receivers. The codes you can try for your DVD player would be, 829 (most successful) if not then please try the following, 685, 533, 554, or 556. After trying those codes if your attempts are still unsuccessful you can also check the manual that came with the DVD player from the manufacturer or just contact us here at DISH Network - although I do know sometimes the remote codes can be located in the manual. Hope the codes help & work for you!

Remote control codes for naxa tv model nx -524

You neglected to post the Remote's Make and Model. However, most Univ. remotes allow you to "Scan" the TV codes one at a time. You would do this and watch for the TV to turn off. when it does, you have the code and can store it.
