HAVE HOOKED UP AS PER INSTRUCTIONS, WORKS PERFECTLY ON TV PLAY, BUT WHEN I PUT IN A DVD-VIDEO DISC IT ONLY PLAYS IN BLACK AND WHITE HAVE I MISSED A SETTING IN THE INITIAL SET UP

I have the same problem.

only plays black and white on both HDD and DVD on hxd 870 recorder
