I am trying to get emails from some people but apparently it is going to my spam. I use a mac and the entourage program. It is not in my junk? Does Yahoo just block some companies? How do I get to it to unblock it?

one of the necessary files might have gotten deleted. If possible, I'd suggest attempting to reinstall entourage. If there's nothing dire that you would lose, or if everything is saved on mail servers (such as gmail or hotmail or something) it might be worth giving mail.app a shot, if that's an option.
has links for downloads, depending on which version you have, downloading a trial for installation purposes and re-entering your serial might solve problems you might be having.
If reinstalling isn't possible and you absolutely have to have what was in your entourage, some of your information could be saved in
/Users//Documents/Microsoft User Data
I don't use entourage personally so I'm not an expert on it.
They also stopped shipping Microsoft Office for Mac with entourage, the latest version with it is 2008, the Home and Student editions of Office 2011 for Mac do not come with a mail client at all, the business edition comes with Outlook.
Hopefully that helps a little bit.
But like I said, I don't use entourage or else I'd probably be able to offer a more concise solution.
If the password is only an issue in the application "Mail", there is nothing wrong with your mac. Whatever application you use for your mail program (Mac Mail, Entourage), it has to be configured to send/receive your email. Depending on who you have your email account with, I suggest going to your webmail first. If you are able to log into your webmaill without a problem, you may need to reconfigure your Mail account. Your webmail password will be the same as your Mail password to retrieve your email.
try the following two links to see if they help. sounds like your smtp/network settings are still pointing to your ISP address/firewall/proxy
Send and receive E-mail while Traveling <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/travel.html>
Should only be the icon. Try this: You may have accidentally removed the icon from the dock.... go to the application folder, then look for the folder for microsoft, then locate the icon entourage, drag the E icon to the dock...
Yahoo! accounts are purposely designed to do this. Yahoo designs their free webmail so that it cannot be accessed from programs like Entourage, Mail, and Outlook without upgrading to a Yahoo Plus account for $20 a year.
