My tv doesn't have a picture
A common cause is a power supply failure, or one of the main boards for the picture processing. Sometimes it is the screen itself. This set is serviced mainly by board exchange and performing factory level setups when necessary.
This requires proper service to make work again. Get an estimate before approving service.
