I've been experiencing problems for a while now, it used to take me a long time moving the charger around whilst it was plugged in to the phone until I could get it to actually start charging, now I can't get the charger to work atall. I'm experiencing the same problem with the usb cable so I'm assuming it's the socket that's broke...
The usb socket on my phone (samsung e900) must be broken because my charger and usb cable no longer work properly when plugged into it

I have found a manual for your phone here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200905/20090512220605515/sprint_m320_ug_english.pdf
and around page 16 it mentions the "charger/accessories jack". Most phones will not only charge using the mains charger, but also from a USB socket on a computer. Have you tried this.
If you have then it is likely that either connections inside the phone are not working properly or even that the battery has come to the end of life. You could try removing and carefully reseating the battery to see if this helps. Also try using a multimeter (make sure it is set to the correct voltage range) to see if the charger s registering a voltage at the output plug. If it isn't a replacement charger may solve your problem.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
a possible battery or charger problem. check if you can charge using a diff. charger,if you can?then the charger is the problem, replace it. but if you can charge w/a diff. battery?replace the battery. :)
