Cord We sent our Mag 900p to the bestbuy fit it center and they returned it without the A|C cord. Said they didn't have it any idea where we can get a new one?

Yes the Mag 900P has built in speakers. The audio lead for them is attached to the blue VGA connector and has a green tipped plug like a set of desktop speakers.
There could be a problem with the picture tube it could be dead( shorting) or the tube Transformer s damaged another course of this could be at the Horizontal section ie a Transistor or a Diode could be shorted . Pls tell ur Technician to check all this . Lastly Buy a new Monitor .
