I cant get on x box live - Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

you are asking the wrong place. you should be contacting x box live about the issue, they will have answers and can correct matters if needed.

Make a new user profile and try to create and x-box live profile that way, ours got wiped once and we got the same message and that is what we had to do.

Do you have a membership with xbox live?? first check that you are current with that...If you are then try and restarting your modem or router...make sure your cords are all plugged in all the way and that your router is turned on....what does it do exactly does it say it cant connect does it give you a error code or what?

yh thats wat has happened to me 4 like the past 60-90 mins .. now it finally work .. im in the xbox live sign up part & it is sayin "xbox live sign up is currently unavailable" wth is goin on ..
