Question about Computers & Internet
Not sure if there is an easier way to do this but - reinstal all the Drivers!
Go to Device manager (RIGHT click my Computer) - select Properties and then Device Manager. Any devices that have a problem will be shown by a yellow exclamation mark. Right click each of these and select Update Driver. Have your Disks handy if you have them, otherwise let it search the Internet (Microsofts site) and if this still fails - identify the component and go to the Manufacturers site and download the latest Drivers from there.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
