Question about Genius ColorPage Vivid Pro Flatbed Scanner
Not many older devices are supported under Windows Vista. I have done a Google search and found no drivers for your unit that are adapted ti Vista.
Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they intend to supply Vista Drivers for this unit (the answer may well be NO).
If all else fails, you will have to get a Vista compliant scanner to replace your unit.
Note: This lack of support for Programs and Hardware under Vista is the reason that I have twice now gone back to Windows XP (and will not reinstall again until SP2 or SP3 come out and even then I will only CONSIDER reinstalling it). I think I will wait for the next version of Windows (should be called Windows Gravox). Past history has shown that not all Windows operating systems are "good" or of a benefit to the end user (does the stench of Windows ME still stain your memory? For those that don't remember Windows ME - that's the one that came out between Windows 98 and Windows XP!)
Sorry I could not come up with a Driver for you.
