Question about Singer CE-100 Futura Computerized Sewing Machine
There are no errors showing. I tried everything you said and it still has flashing lights and will not embroidery or sew anything but straight stitches.
I bought it in March and it is still under warranty. Monday I will call the service center and see if I can bring it in. Thanks for trying to help.
If you do not get any error message, and the proble does not depends on your procedure ( eg, you left straight stiches plate mounted, or check that is not set width to zero for the straight stitch etc. ) Then a serviceman need to reset the machine from a jumper on mainboard, or reinstalling firmware image.
If you are not in a hurry, you can also try posting the question on this website.
If is not a simple solution problem, and the machine is new , the best thing to do is calling service, as suggested by the Singer manual.
