sounds like your ear-piece is out most phone have external speakers on the phone which will allow you to hear the ringtone but if the ear piece is out you wont be about to hear you callers

Hi, what makes your callers not to hear when you call is because the mouthpiece that is located at the lower end of the phone where when you talk people can hear you is bad.and will need to be replaced.

When it is replace,people will hear you.

you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.

Since your caller can hear you but you can not hear them. This indicates that your hear piece is bad and need to be fixed.

I advice you fix the earpiece problem by replacing with a new earpiece.

Meanwhile, i advice you get an answering or earpiece that will be connected to your phone, with this you can hear your caller and your caller can equally hear you.

just call 1st person
after picking up connect to 2nd person
then if u want to disconnect 1st person u have to just press 1 then call or send button
this thing also works in incoming calls

You should just be able to press the send button to take you back to the other line without disconnecting it.

please check for the speaker volume in ur phone and if still continues speaker has to be replaced

you must have a broken mic, take apart the front of your phone and solder the wires from the mic on the bottom back to the leads then it will work again, if not send it to verizon if it is under a year old thay are obligated to fix it.

your mic is either clogged or bad
