Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
My mp3 froze while i was at school i tried draining the battery it didnt work all night i get back round 1:30 pm the next day it didnt work so i tried volume + and turn on/off didnt work tried charging it didnt do the usaul thing juss said no low battery and i tried charging it now im here in turned off normally anf now has a blank screen while plugged into the computer (btw i plugged in a nother device and it worked perfectly
Make sure the GoGear is disconnected from the computer
Turn the goGear off
Hold in the volume + button
Reconnect the goGear to the computer while holding in the volume + button
Continue holding the volume + button for 20-30 seconds until a "Found New Hardware Wizard" window pops up
If this does not work, the GoGear is toast, call 1-888-PHILIPS and see if you are still in warranty

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
