Hey GRAZ011,
Make sure you purchased the manufacturers rechargeable battery model #KLIC-5001, or KLIC-5000. The manufacturer warns that not all 3.7v Li-Ion rechargeable battery's are compatible with your camera. If this doesn't work I would have it looked at by an authorized service technician.
