Creative zen v problems-frozen
my mp3 player is constantly freezing and when i plug it back into the computer via usb cable the computer doesnt recognize it.
the mp3 player will not start working agian untill the battery is completely dead and i plug it back into the computer. this has happened several times and none of the times was it dropped rough handled ect. the song stops playing and the screen stays frozen untill the battery has gone to the "Low Battery" screen.
i just got done adding songs from my comp. when the screen went black, it will not work or anything

- My Zen Vision Media Player froze when I selected FM; I had not use this feature by once. I can not turn off the player to reset; maybe allow the batteryto run low might help me also.

there is a restart button on the bottom but it is a very small hole so maybe use a toothpick to push the button
