Look for fuse blown. Maybe marked crtsy on old GM cars it was called courtesy, on other cars it's marked CIG. If you have an owner's manual, find out which fuse operates all three of those
there is two sets of fuses on this car i think. The centre console lights are on fuses inside the car under the dash, is your interior light not working either?
its not a fuse i had the same problem on my 03 x5 it an ac resistor thats at fault it controls your fan once it goes your fan wont come on or comes on intermitently once again the faulty part is a blower motor resistor should be 100 bucs at dealer or if you shop around i got mine for 75 from local parts store (carquest)
it's normal, windshield wipers in bmws are connected to the speedometer since the old E36 3series, so they stop whenever you stop your car. If they start again once the car moves there's nothing wrong with your car!
