Hi...

which version of microsoft are you using ?
did you baught that software recently or you get that free with your new computer purchase.

if your get that free with your computer purchase that means your trial packge is expire.
if you baught that software then uninstall it frist and then try to reinstall it.

if you have more question about this plz feel free to ask more question.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have no powerpoint!!!

Power point unfortunately does not come standard with windows. Power point is a feature of Microsoft office, which is sold separately from computers. In other words, to get power point, you will have to purchase a version of Microsoft office. I would recommend getting the 2007 or later version. Please rate this post if it was helpful to you. Best of luck with your endeavors.

My computer will not allow me to acces microsoft word nor powerpoint. how do i do this? it is asking for some type of validating code which i do not have....help please!

Well, if you do not have the validation code, then Microsoft requires you to purchase a whole new copy of microsoft office. The same goes for Windows Operating System itself. If you don't have the key to validate your copy, they offer this... "Purchase a new Copy"

I am trying to log onto microsoft powerpoint and it will not accept the product key found on licence under laptop. Please could you tell me if I am using the correct product key or if i need another one....

The key under the laptop is most likely for the operating system. If you have a Microsoft Office get the CD key from that. Powerpoint is part of Microsoft Office.

I brought the laptop on 12 january 2008 since from then when i open microsoft office program like powerpoint, word it ask me the product key when i enter the product key which was at the back on my laptop...

The key on your laptop will be for Windows.
There should be a set of discs that came with the laptop with the correct key for Office.
If you never received the cd's or key, then contact the laptop seller/manufacturer.
