Depending on the exact text of the message, you need to either update the drivers, or you need a newer graphics card. To update the drivers, go to the graphics card manufacturer's website and download/install the latest driver. If the graphics card itself needs to be replaced, you will need to purchase a new graphics card (check the game requirements for the type/make/model card that will work), then install it to your computer. If you already have a graphics card, it's merely a matter of replacing it with the new one and installing the drivers/software that came with it. If it's built in to the motherboard, you will need to install the graphics card, install drivers, then disable the onboard in the bios (check your computer documentation for how to access the bios, typically it will be holding the del key when you see the pc manufacturer's splash screen on boot). If you don't want to get that in depth, most computer stores will do the installation/configuration for you if you purchase the graphics card from them.
