Question about Saeco Talea Giro Espresso Machine
I just got the machine today, and it seems to work well until the espresso that at first pours into the cup looking very dark and "correct" changes about half way through the process to very watery. It continues to get lighter until the press stops. Obviously, the final product tastes watery and weak. What's happening? Am I doing something incorrectly?
This is suppsed to happen, every espresso machine out there on the market does this.
All the taste for the coffe comes in the first couple of seconds and after that it gets less and less.
So the problem is not that it gets lighter and lighter, but that you dont get enough taste in the start of the brewing.
And this can be caused by alot of things.
Not set the grinding to fine?
it will not heat enought and thereby not get enough taste.
