My Metro PCS bill shows close to 20 numbers that I don't remember calling. They are all 323 area code but are disconnected when i try to call any of them. Also, the bill shows as outgoing call to 323 number while at the same time an incoming call displayed as my own cell number is listed. I know that Metro doesn't show incoming calls but this is confusing.

If the user is in an area code the same as a metro area but lives outside the metro area the area code may be required by your service provider (Sprint, Verizon)...Where AT&T doesn't require the area code.. Yes its possible. A simple sim card swap should do the trick, but be warned different models may have different sim card styles. If it is just call your Metro PCS and order a new sim card. Most of the time they are free or only a few dollars.

Virgin is in the USA but I'm not sure if they allow service programmed phones. Metro's big brother Cricket allows flashed phones and they have reasonable prices. As far as your "call not allowed" issue, I would recommend using Metro's Over The Air (OTA) programming method.

If you're calling within metro manila, just dial the phone number from a landline or (02)+Phone Number from a mobile phone. If you're calling outside Metro Manila, you should use (02)+Phone Number.
