Question about Toshiba Satellite M30 Notebook
You should not need a driver for your CD-Rom unless maybe you are upgrading from XP to vista. Most CD drives only require a generic driver to run, so unless you have upgraded your operating system, I would say that there is probably something physically wrong with it and it must be replaced.
