I have downloaded it on my desktop because updates said so iam on line with a dongle so i phoned on my mobile customer services give them installation id numbers they say its not genuine and to go to your website iam use in my laptop cry in out for help help thank my mobile number is 07810787876

When you launch Windows Updates, don't choose the Express Updates but choose Custom. Then when you are presented with Service Pack 3, there is the option to not select it and then choose to continue to see what other updates there are. Personally, I do not recommend Automatic Updates or Express, always do it manually and always select Custom so an unwanted update doesn't get in under the radar and cause further problems. The rule of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it." really goes well with PC's.
