I have a Motorola E815

I have a Motorola E815 that fell in a puddle and now has intermittent backlight issues, camera glitches, no voice command and won't charge well but the LCD is perfect. I purchased a E815 that is in great working condition except it has a cracked LCD screen with some 'black amoeba-like' leaking showing on part of the screen.
Can you tell me how to remove my good LCD and install it in the new phone with the broken one?
