When I try to save on my 60gb hard drive it can't save.

This sounds like the hard drive is either permanently damaged or is not seated correctly in the Xbox. Please try the following to see if we can fix your problem.

1. Turn the Xbox off.
2. Remove the hard drive.
3. Turn the Xbox on.
4. Turn the Xbox off
5. Refit the hard drive.
6. Turn the Xbox back on.

See if this fixes it. If it does not then you may need to use the Xbox own format utility to try and recover the drive. If this does not work then it looks like your hard drive may need replacing.

Hope this helps

I dont know how to set up my xbox live with an eathernet cable can you help?

Hi there

Turn off the Xbox 360 by pressing the power button on the front of the console. Afterward, shut off your modem by unplugging its power cord.
  • 2 Insert one end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port located at the back of your Xbox 360 console. After that, insert the other end of the cable into your modem.
  • 3 Replug the power cord into your modem to turn it back on. Once it is active, press the power button on your Xbox 360 to turn it on.
  • 4 Navigate to "My Xbox" then "System Settings." Afterwards, select "Network Settings" then "Test Xbox LIVE Connection." You will be notified on-screen if the connection is successful.

How to setup two wireless controlers to an xbox

    1. Press and hold the Xbox Guide button until the controller turns on. The Xbox Guide button is the round button with the green "X" near the center of the controller.
    2. Make sure that your Xbox 360 console is turned on. If your Xbox 360 console is not turned on, press the power button. The power button is the large round button on your Xbox 360 console.
    3. On the Xbox 360 console, press and release the Connect button. The Connect button is the small round button on the Xbox 360 console.
    4. On the controller, press and release the Connect button. The Connect button is the small button on the front edge of the controller, between the left bumper button and the charging port.
    5. After the Ring of Light spins and flashes one time on the controller and on the console, the controller is connected. The quadrant on the Ring of Light that remains lit indicates the position in which the controller is connected.
    6. Note If you want help connecting an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller to your Xbox 360 console, you can contact Xbox Customer Support. For more information about how to contact Xbox Customer Support, please visit the Xbox Support (http://www.xbox.com/support/) Web site.

    • The controller remains connected to the Xbox console even when you turn off the Xbox console.
    • The controller is connected to only one Xbox console at a time. You can connect the controller to a different Xbox console at any time, but your connection to the previously connected console is lost. You must repeat these steps to reconnect the controller to the original console after your connection to the console is lost.
    • The controller works within 33 feet (10 meters) of your Xbox 360 console. However, objects between the controller and the console may reduce this range.
    • If the controller does not turn on, the batteries may have to be replaced.
