Otherwise enter the changed name using the number pad as if it were a mobile phone (2 = A, B, C etc) 10 To continue press DATA REGISTRATION 11 Repeat steps above for other numbers 12 To end press STOP

1. Display the TEL LIST ENTRY Menu by Pressing 'Menu' and scrolling down to 3. Group Numbers
2. Then Press '2' or scroll down to 'One Touch Keys'
3. Press the desired One Touch Key that you wish to program.
4. If the One Touch Key has not been programmed, follow the prompts on the screen and enter the desired information, pressing the 'Enter' key after each entry to move to the next field.

If it is already programmed the display will say "Already Assigned". Wait 2 seconds until it says "One Touch NBR" then select '1' to delete, '2' to modify or '3' to retain. If deleting confirm delete by pressing the enter key. If modifying, enter the new information, pressing the 'Enter' key to move to the next field.

Open all 3 One-touch Speed Dialling panels.

use numeric keypad to enter month/date/year and then time press Set
To exit, press Data Registration or Stop

U need to press "STOP" to return to idle state.
If this Error Message is repeatedly displayed, machine programming
has become corrupted.The machine must be re-initialized.

Pressing *13 and ON the machine, it will re-initialized the fax.

Once your open up the machine (like how u change toner kit),u will see a connector connected the LCD display to the base machine. Makesure the connector is firmly plugged.

Set Speed Dial / One-Touch Feature

1. Open One-Touch Speed Dialing Panel and press “Data Registration.”
2. Under “Additional Functions” scroll to find “4. ADD. Registration” and then press “Set.”
3. Scroll to find “1. 1-One-Touch Speed Dial” and then press “Set.”
4. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll until the desired “One-Touch” number is displayed. Press “Set.”
5. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll to find “1. Tel Number Entry” and then press “Set.”
6. Under “Tel Number Entry” enter fax number (with “9” and the area code – ex. 913104454200) and then press “Set.” Screen will display “Data Entry OK.”
7. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll to find “2. Name” and then press “Set.”
8. Under “Name” enter the company name and press “Set.” Screen will display “Data Entry OK.”
9. Press the red “Stop” key on the main control panel.
10. The “One-Touch” feature is now set.

Label corresponding “One-Touch” button with company name.
