Indesit Widl 102 Flashing lights, wont turn on

When I turn on the washing machine (Indesit Widl 102) all the lights at the top and the on/off button and the door lock button and the dryer button (last in the line of 4 buttons) all flash very quickly simultaneously. I have cleaned out the filter and it is still happening. The machine wont turn on or off and I cant use it on any programme setting. I have tried unplugging it for long periods of time but it doesn't help. It is only 3 years old and I rarely use the dryer.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. It seems to be the issue with the Thermal Fuse going bad and/or its panel that is going bad. To start with check the Thermal fuse which is mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment with a more detailed question including the manufacturers name and model no# for your dryer so that I can further assist you.

Thanks
Rylee

Flashing lights

There is a Light Flashing on my Indesit Washing Machine

Many of our newer Indesit Washing Machines have a series of indicator lights, which flash to indicate a possible fault on your installation or simply to let you know a problem occurred whilst you were away from your Indesit Washing Machine.

Pre wash light flashing
Indicates a failure of your Indesit Washing Machine to fill correctly. Check your fill hoses for a blockage, a leak, a kink or to make sure that they are turned on.

Wash light flashing
Indicates that your programme dial has been moved from its original position. Simply returning the wash dial to its original position will restore the light to its original status.

Spin light flashing
Indicates that the Indesit Washing Machine has considered the wash load to be excessively un-balanced. Open up the door of the Indesit Washing Machine, re-distribute the garments and retry the spin to resolve this.

End light flashing
Indicates that the Indesit Washing Machine has reached the end of a wash programme.

Wash, rinse and spin lights all lit at the same time would indicate a possible blockage in your under sink wastes system. Check out the additional informationin our 'My Indesit Washing Machine Will Not Empty'

HI WHEN I TURN ON MY MACHINE ALL THE LEDS KEEP FLASHING. IT IS A INDESIT WIDL 102 WASHER DRYER.

Hello, this usually is signaling that there is a problem in your machine. You will need to get a service technician in to diagnose the problem for you. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

Indesit WIDL 1265 All LED's are flashing regardless of switching power on and off. Managed on last wash to power on and off and have a wash sucessfully. Now it's just constant flashing. ??? Anyone ??

Unplug for 40 minutes to attempt a reset of the ECU - otherwise you must replace it.

Indesit WIDL 106 wont start -ON/OFF-Door Led Flashes rapidly

It is a defectiv controller pcb. I think the eeprom on the controller pcb lost its program (happens often on Indesit machines).

The only solution I know is to change the controller pcb, - not a cheap solution.
I have the same problem with WIDL 106.

Indesit widl 102 extra rinse button always on!

Check that the button isn't stuck it if not remove top lid and check the PCB and see if the switch hasn't collapsed causing it to be on all the time. Also if you hold in the go button for about 5 seconds this resets the program try this.

Thanks J
