Hello, you can kindly follow the instructions below to reset your mobile phone totake it back to it's factory default settings, this will automatically make you loose all the datas you have on the phone,so before you intend to do the reset format,i will advice you do a file or data back up on your system so as not to lose your informations
1.with your thumb or finger open the back cover by lifting up the left side of the cover.
2.the reset botton is located at the bottom left below the battery compartment and the simcard slot.use a small object with an unsharp, pointed tip, such as a toothpick to press the reset botton.
your phone restarts and dislpays the home screen,
3.to replace the back cover, secure the right side of the back cover first and then press down the cover into place.
please kindly rate this solution if it's helpful,
take care.

Well you can click on start then settings go to Today then Items and see if the Htc sense is checked or not. It should be checked and your problem will be solved. If still no help then you can hard reset your phone. Method to do Hard Reset is turn off your phone and while holding the volume keys up and down press the power button and it will take you to the hard reset screen now if you press volume up then you phone will be hard reset and come back to factory settings but you will loose all the phone book and other data on the phone. I hope this will help.
