Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My computer does not start in normal mode .... i suspect there is a virus infected application which does not uninstall ..

ok boot windows in safe mode

click start>run> and type there "msconfig"

aaarwind_12.jpg 1st select the tab "Startup"
2nd click "diable all"
3rd click "apply"
4th click "OK"

after that windows will ask for restart. do restart the windows. if you have virus problem this method will fix most of the cases. if same problem persists you check RAM or DISPLAY hardware and drivers. best of luck.

Vista Home won't print

are drivers up-to-date? it's in most cases driver fault offline status means printer is not communicating with pc not that it needs to be checked use printer offline. are cables tested by cable tester? that cable seems ok and it's plugged in doesn't mean it's ok inside
