Someone put a lock code on my razor and i need to get into my phone but i dont know what it is. How can i reset or bypass it so i can fix it?

There is no home button on the AT&T Pantech Renue... So there is no way to master reset it.. someone email me.. Im having issues.. My little sister put a lock on the Reset option and she dont remember the password and I dont know the password. My email is [email protected]

The only way to bypass the security lock code is a reformat of the RAZR OS. That will completly reset the phone to the way it was when you got it, erasing everything. but it will reset your code to 0000.

You can try the master reset code of 00000000 just keep hitting zero until it won't put anymore in, or 8 x zero. This may work but I doubt it. Most times when you do this as with puk codes you will need to have it fixed via a tech with the required software and cables to bypass the sim lock and reset it to factory. You should not need to lock your sim anyway as most phones have a scurity feature that allows you to put a passcode on your phone, so if you turn it off or it goes flat, you charge it and turn it back on, you are required to put in the code to use the phone and I suspect this is what you mean a personal phone lock code not a sim lock code. As to unlock a sim and change the codeing you will need the original code from the sim supllier and I have never heard of or known anyone who has been given this particular code. The only way I know you can get a sim code is via a hack. Which is illigal in every country I know of. Some phones however do call this feature a sim code and this can be missleading when this sort of a problem happens. I do hope the master code built into the phone works for you, but this code can be readily changed by the user and if it has been by your son it could be anything. And if the master reset code does not work you will have to take it to a phone tech and have it flashed or maybe they can bypass the code without flashing the phone as a flashed phone will not have any info you or your son put on it anymore. It wipes the phone memory and software and reinstalls it back to factory( AS NEW) hope this helps you but I do think you will need to take the phone to a tech.

Dial *4357*4357 and then that should give you the phone number and then just use the last 4 digits to unlock it

well we cant fix it here.. but heres how,, put the cables in ur phones, run the software and read u'r codes, but only professionals can do that....tnx

the defalt code for your phone is 1234 the best advice i can give you is contact motorola and speak to a tech their they have codes to unlock them there is a trick we try some times take your battery out while phone is on some times shocking it will bypass security and if works perform a master reset on the phone that will change every thing back to factory settings the defalt security code for a master reset is 000000 hopefully this will help

Hello, are you putting another t-mobile sim card into the device? If not, and you are trying to put another carriers sim card, the phone needs to be unlocked. If it is a t-mob sim, you either put a user lock on the razr, which means u gotta flash it to fix it, or you have a sim lock, which you would have to call tmobile to change you sim pin
