This might be a sign of a faulty LCD cable or screen inverter board.
The LCD cable transfers data signal from the motherboard & video card to the LCD screen. It also supplies high voltage DC power to the screen inverter board. The screen inverter board works as a power supply for the backlight lamp mounted inside the LCD screen. It converts low voltage DC power to high voltage AC power needed for the backlight lamp.

Contact me about this - there are many different connections you can make with this system (phase rotation - jumpers - etc.) that need to be correct in order for the system to fire up.

Just monitor power on disply comes but after some seconds disply is gone

On Samsung 740 this is a very common problem with the high voltage impulse transformator in the invertor block. That needs to change.

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). Look at the power supply, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc.

You could have an inverter board problem. The inverter supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp which provides the back-lighting.

Lcd monitor viewsonic VA702b MODEL# VS10781

This model may have a worn out capacitor, C808, 1000uf @ 25V. It is in the middle of the power supply board.
I have fixed many.
