Question about Belkin (F5D7230-4) Router (587009)
On your pc, go to 'Start' 'Run' type 'cmd'. This will open the command prompt.
Type 'ipconfig /all' then hit enter key
write down the 'Gateway' ip address.
Open up your browser and type http://192.168.1.1 or whatever the ip address of your gateway is.
You will need the default username and password to gain access to the router configuration web utility (If you have the manual for the router it will be listed in there), or the username and password you set when you first setup the router.
The default is usually 'admin' for both
In the 'wireless' settings menu make sure the network mode is disabled and the SSID Broadcast is also disabled. That should do it.
Finally, drop a bill off to your neighbors for half of your internet service bill since the time you bought your router.
