Prints Faint green horizontal lines

-   recently my prints have regularly spaced red lines across them...i've done all the nozzle checks and cleanings and still the lines appear. i'm pouring money down the drain doing all these checks and cleanings. also when i check the ink levels neither of the blues show any changes in their levels, while the other colors are decreasing with each check...i've taken out the blue cartridges and the ink seems to be flowing out of the cartridges...can i clean the feeds in the back if the cartridge slots to get the blue inks onto the machine?
