Turn on the printer and open the cover where the ink cartridge is
located. Remove the cartridge.
Place the ink cartridge back in the carriage. Close the cover. Turn the
printer off for a minute.Turn the printer on. Use the printer to print a test page. If this
does not correct the problem, move on .
Turn on the printer and open the cover where the ink cartridge is

Remove the cartridge and use a clean, lint-free, dry cloth to gently
wipe the contacts.Wipe from the top of the contact to the bottom. Do this for each
contact.
Place the ink cartridge back in the carriage. Turn the printer off

Turn the printer on. Use the printer to print a test page. If this
does not correct the problem, move on.
Turn on the printer, open the cover and remove both the black and
color cartridge. Close the cover.
Remove the power cord from the outlet and disconnect the cables running
to the computer and/or router. Wait one minute, and then plug in the
power cord and then the cables.Open the cover and install the black and color ink cartridges.Turn the printer on. Use the printer to print a test page. If this
does not correct the problem, you will need to buy new ink cartridges.

Follow these steps:-
Reseat the Print headMake sure the machine is powered on.
Lift the Scan Unit until it locks into place (1). The Print Head Holder moves to the center.
Open the Paper Output Tray (2).
Open the Inner Cover (2). The print head holder (3) should be centered.
Lift up the lock lever and take out the print head. The print head can be removed with the ink tanks installed.
Reinsert the print head back in position and press down the lock lever.
Close the Inner Cover (1) and the Scan Unit (2).
After the Scan Unit is return to its original position, the LCD displays a message asking if you replaced an ink tank.
Press [+] and select [NO] to exit
If the problem still persists then you will need to take your device for repair as the print head may need repair.

MY PRINTER CANON PIXMA MP 130 NOT WORK.
IT ALWAYS SHOWING " PUT IN CARTRIDGE" BUT IT ALREADY CHANGED BLACK/COLOR CARTRIDGE.
I TRY TO MOVE OUT THE WHOLE CARTRIDGE BOX AND PUT IT BACK, BUT NO GOOD.
