Have you talked to your customer care. Tell your customer care that your PUK is blocked the reason is that i tried to change security settings 3 times. They will ask you certain question in relation with the documents you submitted while purchasing the sim. Its not difficult to get your PUK if you are the owner of the SIM even your service provider can't unblock the PUK until they put the code in your mobile. Hence, if you are not the owner of the SIM then forget about unblocking sim because they will ask your DoB and address while submitting documents. Its advised take another phone and dial your service provider call centre and ask them about the proceedure for getting your PUK number.
PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.
Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account.
You will have to ring your service provider and ask for your PUK code
hello there....well its quite simple...there is nothing wrong with your phone ...its your SIM... if it is asking for a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code...call your subscriber and ask them for PUK code, entering this code will reset your sim
if u keep entering wrong your sim will be damaged so call them
If the error message is saying sim damaged call them and ask for a "sim replacement" you will get a new sim while you will retain the same number ,however you will lose the phone numbers and other data stored in sim, this can be free but it depends on the company and how 'customer friendly they are
Hope this help Cheers
