Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
First, the obvious: make sure your game supports wireless play and read the instruction manual for details on how that works.
Then, the less obvious: the DS is only able to handle unsecured or WEP wireless security protocols, so either make sure your router is using WEP or leave it unsecured (WPA does NOT work!). Also make sure your router is not set to exclude any MAC addresses. If you need to know how to do these things, look up the manual for your router or find a more general tutorial on wireless hub settings.
Nintendo also has a very comprehensive guide on routers: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/index.jsp
If all else fails, call Nintendo's customer service... they are actually VERY nice and helpful.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
