Do want to "print the screen"? On the upper right on your keyboard there is a Print Screen button. When you want to capture a picture of the screen you are looking at, press Print Screen. Now you have a picture of the screen in memory. To print it, you have to run a program like Word or Excel or Wordpad or Paint, or almost any other editing program. Once you are ii, click on Edit and then click Paste. Your picture will appear for you to print. Good Luck.

How to remove password from PDF?

Sometimes we may come across some PDF materials which were download from the internet or sent by others. They are easy to read by free Adobe Reader yet some of them were password protected from opening, copying and printing. It is really tough if you urgently need to copy or print some PDF files. So is there any method to remove PDF password? The answer is yes. But first we need to know some definition about PDF password.

Generally speaking, there are two types of password provided by Acrobat PDF standard security. They are "user password" and "owner password". "User password" is also called open password, it is the password defined by the people who create the PDF file which is used for protecting the PDF files from opening by others. Only people who enter the password can open the protected PDF files. "Owner password" is the password that set to protect the PDF files from changing by others. With an "owner password", the owner can protect the PDF files from printing, editing or selecting text and graphics.

So it turns to know how to remove password from PDF. Here is a small and easy-to-use PDF password remover which can help us do this work. Of course first you need to download this PDF password remover and install it on your PC. Then we can get start.

The "owner password" protected PDF files is shown in the pane with a lock beside. If you need to remove the "owner password", just click on the lock beside the file in the pane and key in the correct password in the pop-out small window box and click OK to confirm the password.

Hello Sony RB30 w/ sdm-hx93 monitor. Approx. 7

Blond and Baffled, (CD), it's okay, I believe you have a common problem.

The computer sends a video signal to the monitor. The monitor is working fine. Hence - No Signal.

Monitor doesn't receive a video signal within a certain specified amount of time, it goes to a Power Save feature.

Just enough power is used, to keep certain components inside the monitor at a ready state. (When it gets a signal from the computer, the monitor turns back on)

The problem is the computer.

Most of the computers that come to my shop have failed because the inside of the computer, and it's power supply have never been cleaned, or VERY rarely.

[Plus one more problem, stated at the end of this solution]

It's understandable, as a computer repair shop charges a slightly hefty price to do this, (Not myself),
and it looks like a daunting task to most computer users.

It isn't.
The computer is unplugged from power, computer case is opened, and a can of compressed air for computers, is used to spray out the inside of the computer.
(Power supply also)

As dirt, dust, hair, carpet deodorizer, (And other material foreign to the inside of a computer), build up inside the computer, this is what transpires:

A) The cooling fan, and heatsink for the Processor, become clogged with the above mentioned foreign material.

(This is an example of an average Fan and Heatsink,

You can click on the images in the different views, to enlarge them)

In the link above the item that has many fins on it, is the Heatsink. The Heatsink sits under the fan.

The Heatsink functions like a radiator. The fins draw heat away from the Processor. (Processor not shown. The Heatsink is mounted to the top of Processor's case)

The fan draws air through those fins, which in turn draws the heat away from the Processor.

When the area in-between the fins is clogged with foreign material, plus the fan's blades, the cooling capacity drops tremendously.

This in turn allows the Processor to heat up.
The Processor has a certain thermal limit, and turns off when it becomes too hot.
It is a Fail Safe feature that is built-in. Keeps the Processor from burning up.

No processor running, no computer. Hence a No Signal to the monitor.

Solution 1, is to buy a can of compressed air for computers, unplug the computer from power, open the computer case, and clean the inside of the computer. (Also the power supply)

Should you like directions in how to do this properly, and if you need advice of how to open your computer case, please state so in a comment. (Believe top right of your page)

B) There is one more thing that transpires on a large percentage.
The Power Supply overheats also.

When the cooling fan of the Power Supply becomes caked with the above foreign material, it heats up. As the power supply heats up, tries to put out more power.
Heat = Wasted Energy

Also, there are Heatsinks inside the power supply that become clogged)

Eventually, the power supply components inside the power supply, fail.

Solution 2 is to replace the power supply.
If Solution 1 does not fix the problem, then I advise it's time to try Solution 2.

Should you need guidance to do this task, please reply in a comment.

(Tip: Once you rate a solution, you can no longer post a comment)

I have a Silicon Image 164 ADD DVI card added to my HP desktop DVI-D access card in an effort to get a dual monitor configuration. I get an exact clone in the second monitor. I have an HP compaq desktop...

If the Intel graphic card is part of the motherboard, you need to disable this in the BIOS. You need to install the Silicon grpahic driver, then you will be able to configure the screen resolution etc for each monitor.

The l226wtq goes black

Try shining a flashlight on the screen, or without the flashlight, try to see if you can distinguish anything on the screen at all, if you do, the backlight is dead, or the monitor has an internal most likely unfixable problem.
