The CNW136 is finish. I can hear the Click but i cant open the door?¬!! the door is looked.

Try the following, may work:
Press the Start/Cancel button together until all the console Led's illuminate

1. Press both Start/Cancel and On/Off buttons together until 'd off' appears
2. Default screen should return. Switch off.
3. Wait for 2 minutes to try the door. If helped click.

you might be able to get at the cable to open the door by taking the top of the washer make sure you unplug it first as you will have to put your hand in it its a tight fit though or the cable could of come off thats why it wont open

The machine knows it dint't finish the washing cycle, and, because it may be possible that water is still a lot inside, the door is locked.
If you are shure the door can be opened without the water coming out by the door, simply disconnect it from the electrical supply and wait a few minutes until the door unlocks. (you will hear the unlock click)

Try applying gentle but firm pressure to the door part that encorporates the latch pin. (This is the part that closes into the small locking aperture when you close the door. Sometimes these devices stick and all that is required is a helping hand.

try wiping down the inside of the drier with Lysol.

Call the manufacture it will be under warranty if it's only 6 months old as the machine will have to be torn down to get to the defective switch, just the top will have to come off if your lucky.

You shouldnt be able to open the door when the washer has started and for a few minutes after it gets finished. Id=f you can then you have a faulty safety switch. The only way to open it when its started is to turn the dial to stop, and wait a few minutes until the lock turns off ( you will hear a click) then you can open the door, if its filled with water, then you shouldnt open it unless you want a puddle, you can put in on spin and get the water out before opening the door

lift the lid with the power off and reset the safety stat. look for a and little red button on the metal heater duct on the top of the machine

Press "end of cycle button" for over 5 seconds, it will unlock. Note: the door should be opened only on hearing a click, or wait for 2 minutes after the wash completes.
