I've never heard a Capacitor make a noise, but there's a lot of things I haven't heard, I have however, heard the start up windows make a noise when they start. One type pulls the start up relay in for the start up windings and can cause a noise sometimes. I wouldn't get in a big hurry to buy a new Refrigerator. Most of the time they do that for years and still work. Just guessing that that is the problem, have to hear it to know for sure. Gillight.
this is most likely a broken wheel which is a wheel that the bearings have worn out on.If it is a wheel you should replace the set because if you replace just the one the others will wear out faster than they should. Ps if it is only two years old it may still be under warranty!

Hi,
Here is a tip that I wrote about dryers and noises...
It will help you determine what is happening there...
Prob. some failure of a bracket or loose inside... Have a local tecnician check it out. i think that ll be best cause i can't imagine that will be an easy fix.
We had the exact same noise all of a sudden start coming from our 2 year old dryer. We checked everything, rollers, pulleys, motors, etc. I was certain it was coming from the upper left. Finally we found a loose screw had fallen into the front felt ring. Problem solved! Good luck.
