Question about Nintendo Wii Console

Wii turns on but wont work

My Wii power light comes on but won't work.Can't eject the game inside it and it doesnt sound like its running,also the remote will turn it on but remote wont stay on.Someone help before i junk it and go get me a PS3.

    system will turn on from red light to yellow/green but won't play disc remote doesn't stay on eject won't work....!!!!!!pissed off!!

    I have the same issue called the place where i brought it and was advised they onlyhave a 30 day return now have to call nintendo tomorrow and see what they can do.. the store said i will probably have to send it back... mind you my disc is still in it... cant get it out. brand new game.... it will turn on but nothing but the blue screen of death.. i have only had it 9 months... arrrrrgh.... what can you do except bash your head against the wall

Disc will not eject


Turn the Wii off and on again after about 20 seconds. Press the eject button again.

Unplug the Wii's AC power supply if Step 1 doesn't work. Wait 1 to 2 minutes, and trying to eject the disc again after turning the Wii back on.

Hold down the eject button for 5 to 10 seconds

Try ejecting the disc with the Wii at different angles. If you hold the Wii upside down, it may help the disc fall out.

Call Nintendo and send the Wii back if non of these steps work. In most cases, a disc stuck in the Wii should be covered by warranty.

Nintendo says to see if power light was coming on, AC adapter reset. unplug from both ends for 90 seconds.Hold eject button for five or 10 seconds.

When U turn the wii on & put N a disk, it errors & it wont work


try to purchase an optical cleaning disc and let it clean your drive inside your wii. also make sure your discs are clean.

Won't eject disc, just clicks like it's tring to.


Hmmmm, try reseting the wii or synching it. The sync button is under a removeable piece of plastic on the console??? it will show you in the manual.
Srry, im no an expert if that doesnt work.

Wont play games


The official troubleshooting from Nintendo is-

"Error Occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc"
    This indicates a problem with the Wii console and it will need to be repaired. Please call 1-800-255-3700 to discuss available options.
