Re: World series of poker battle for the bracelets
Goto control panel > select system > double click it select Advanced Tab >Now under Performance select Settings > a dialog box will appear > Select Advanced tab > now in Virtual Memory option select Change button >Now under Maximum managed size(MB) text box enter value larger than the current value .IF you have more hard disk space on your c drive give size near about 2000 or 3000....when you increase your virtual memory your game will load faster and work faster... ------------------------------------------- Please let me know your feed-back.

It might be due to fault in computer graphics world that's not recommended for the game that makes the script working imperfectly. Glitches in a platform game may show error of invisible wall collision errors, sprite errors, freezes, image problems, and others.
So all you have to check your hardware and re-install graphics drivers can fix your problem. Also have a look to game requirements for running on PC platform and can fix your error.
If you are unable to fix this problem even if Graphic drivers are up-to-date. Then best and easy solution is to use system utility program PC Fresher
Have you been able to play other modern games on your laptop? I'm thinking the graphics card built into the laptop simply might not be powerful enough to handle the game, unfortunately.
That particular graphics chipset has been known to not perform too well on more demanding games, even Modern Warfare 2.
Some steps you might take would be to lower some of the settings in the game. Turn off anisotropic filtering, anti-aliasing, anything you can lower to speed up gameplay. Adding RAM to your computer may also help, but I don't think you'll be able to get a completely fluid game out of that laptop sadly.
Your processor is the problem : It's a dual core 1GHz AMD C-Series processor C-50 and even though it might barely be able to run the game, the game was made before the processor type was released, and thus the game doesn't know what the heck it is and only sees that its a 1GHz CPU and thus considers it to slow to run the game.
Here are the system requirements: Operating Systems: Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista
- CPU: 2.4 GHz
- RAM: 512 Megabytes of RAM (1 GB required for Windows Vista)
- DirectX 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 128 MB video card or equivalent (must support Shader Model 2.0 or above)
- DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card
512kbit/s or greater broadband connection for online gameplay
- 6.1 GB free hard disk space for DVD format and additional space required for DirectX 9.0c installation
- 8x or faster DVD-ROM drive
You probably need more ram memory. Also try playing a video in your dvd player. If it plays slow and choppy you definitely need more ram memory.
If you are trying to play a video from a website (streaming) then three things can affect how smooth it plays. 1) Memory - your ram memory might be low 2) The website might be experience heavy traffic from many users. 3) The Line Speed of your internet connection from your service provider might be slow. For example: AT&T sells about 3 or 4 different packages and each one increases the line speed for uploading or downloading. If you buy the low end package the line speed is very slow on uploading and downloading or streaming. It's ok for just surfing, but nothing else.
Something that I do for all of my games is to right-click on the shortcut or the .exe for the game, and change the Compatibility settings to disable Desktop Composition and visual themes, because those take resources from the game. Some of my games have doubled in performance because of it, but that may be because I have a weaker computer than you. This did help specifically with Portal in my case.
The best way to get it running properly or at least to see if it's just windows that is slowing you down. Is to do a full format and re installation of your windows operating system. That will usually get it running as good as new unless it is a hardware issue but 99 times out of a hundred it has to do with the OS slowing down. Thank you.
