Question about Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine
This can be quite a problem. First, the connections in some of these units are poorly made and need to be tightened. Open the unit and recycle any push on connections. Then, tighten any screw connections. Find the thermostat on the unit (black button thing about 1/2 inch (12mm) in in diameter...it has two wires coming out. Check for continuity across the terminals...if none...that's the problem. Next, use a coffee cleaner solution or vinegar and water to clean out the heat chamber (rinse well with water and then use baking soda and water).
