Question about Dryers
After being used for about 4 loads the edryer turned off and at about 2 am filled the basement with smoke and smelled of burning plastic. We took the dryer apart and vacumed out all the lint, cleaned everything out, did not see any burnt wires but it still will not work. We have unplugged it because now when plugged in it smells of burning plastic
Check the power cord itself, if you see on the back side of the cord a burnt or blackened spot then the cord is the issue
