- I have an Elite HE3 and have the same problem. Bra wire is stuck between the outer tub and the inner drum. I can hear a screeching noise when the drum turns, especially during the spin cycle, but not all the time. I wasn't sure whether the wire was lost in the washer or dryer and kept using the washer until I heard the noise. I removed the bottom front cover and looked into the filter but couldn't see anything. I also looked through the tub holes with a flash light but couldn't see anything. How can I get it out?
