Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My windows vista is not recognising my redgroove mp4!!! It charges it!! But that is it!
I know how to fix it my friend. =]
Figured it out today after having the same problem.
First of all try and install some generic MTP drivers.
Go to CONTROL PANEL > ADD NEW HARDWARE > PORTABLE DEVICE > Then install any MTP device drivers and see if that works. If not do this:
-press the reset button if you can't turn it on
-turn it on
-hold 'm' (menu) button
-go setting/system something like that
-find an option saying format and do a complete format
-find an option saying reset and do that
-plug in the player
BANG - windows should install the correct drivers and thus allowing you do use it. =]

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
